The product

Does it really clean with water alone?

On glass, mirrors, stainless steel, cooktops, faucets and screens — yes. High-density microfiber lifts grime and the oily film into the weave instead of pushing it across the surface. On old baked-on grease or long-set mineral buildup, do one pass with a dedicated product first, then Fibrae maintains it.

What does 380 GSM mean?

GSM is grams per square meter — how dense the fabric is. Entry-level microfiber sits around 200 GSM. Denser fabric holds more before it saturates, so you make fewer passes over the same surface.

Damp or dry?

Glass, stainless and cooktops: slightly damp, then buff dry with a clean side. Screens and eyeglasses: dry only, no water, no spray.

Which one should I start with?

Fibrae Original if you want to try the method on one room. The Multi-Pack if you have large windows. The Home Kit if you want a dedicated towel per room.

How many times can I wash it?

Hundreds of cycles when cared for correctly. The one thing that kills microfiber is fabric softener.

Why no fabric softener?

Softener coats the fibers and permanently blocks the wicking action. Once that happens it can't be reversed. Wash with your usual detergent, nothing else.

Can I put it in the dryer?

Air dry, or tumble on low. High heat can melt the fibers. Wash separately from cotton — cotton lint clogs the weave.

How much is shipping?

Free on every order, to all three countries.

How long does delivery take?

7–14 business days to the US, 8–16 to Canada and Australia, after 1–2 business days of processing. Details on our Shipping page.

Where is my order?

Check our Track Your Order page with your order number or tracking number.

My tracking hasn't updated.

Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show a first scan. If nothing moves for 10 business days, email us and we'll investigate.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us as soon as possible.

Returns

What if I don't like it?

Email us within 60 days of delivery and we refund your order in full. Used and washed is fine. Full terms on our Returns & Refunds page.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 14 days. We replace or refund, and you don't need to ship anything back.
