Where we ship
Fibrae ships to the United States, Canada and Australia. We don't ship anywhere else at this time.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on every order, to all three countries. No minimum, no surcharge at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs and peak periods can add time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first scan — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Duties and taxes
Any import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Sales tax and GST are calculated at checkout where required.
Split shipments
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You are not charged extra for this.
Wrong or incomplete address
Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct one.
