We do our best to display product colors and details accurately. Screen calibration varies, so slight differences between the photos and the item you receive are possible and are not considered a defect.

Product specifications such as fabric density and dimensions are provided by our suppliers. Minor manufacturing tolerances apply.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your market — USD in the United States, CAD in Canada, AUD in Australia — and are set individually per market. Prices exclude sales tax, GST or duties where applicable; these are calculated at checkout or collected on delivery.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you check out.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not form a contract. The contract is formed when we ship your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or stock unavailability. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other providers; we do not store your card details.

8. Shipping and risk

9. Returns and cancellation

You may not use this site to break the law, to scrape or copy our content, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the site's operation.

All content on this site — text, photography, logos, and the Fibrae name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Fibrae products are cleaning tools. Follow the care instructions and test on an inconspicuous area first when using them on a delicate or unfamiliar surface.
